• A 50% Deposit (or one night, whichever is greater) charged to your credit card at time of booking.
• We operate our Bed and Breakfast on a "first deposit received gets the reservation".
• Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside. Please leave your candles at home. No cooking. No food allowed in bedrooms. Maximum of two persons per room, any age. Existing bedding only (no cribs, rollaways, cot). We regret that we are not wheel-chair accessible.

• If cancellation is done 72 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise you are responsible for the full amount. Consideration will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
• We suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans.
• Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in time is 4:00PM. Guests must vacate bedrooms by 11:00 am on departure day in order that we may have time to prepare for our next guests. Earlier arrivals are fine if you wish to drop-off your baggage and stay on the outdoor decks or at lakeside terrace (weather permitting) or take a tour of the area.

• All rooms require a minimum two (2) nights stay on weekends; or three (3) nights stay on holiday long weekends during High Season.
• All rooms may be booked for single night stays during our Low Season. January 2nd to April 30th.
