Munroe Room:

• $120.00 per night, Single or Double occupancy during low season

The Grotto Room:

• $135.00 per night, Single or Double occupancy during low season.
   
• $185.00 per night, Single or Double occupancy during high season.

Includes: delectable breakfast served with Mimosa and the finest imported green teas. The above
prices are in Canadian Dollars. 13% HST additional. See details below for reservation and house

• A 50% Deposit (or one night, whichever is greater) charged to your credit card at time of booking. For cottage rental, we require 50% deposit, plus the refundable $500.00 security deposit.
• We operate our cottage rental & Bed and Breakfast on a "first deposit received gets the reservation".
• Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside. Please leave your candles at home. No cooking for B&B. No food allowed in bedrooms. Maximum of two persons per room, any age. Existing bedding only (no cribs, rollaways, cot). We regret that we are not wheel-chair accessible.

• If cancellation is done within 14 days during low season, you will receive a full refund. During high season, we require 30 days cancellation notice, otherwise you are responsible for the full amount. Consideration will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
• We suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans.
• Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in time is 4:00PM. Guests must vacate bedrooms by 11:00 am on departure day in order that we may have time to prepare for our next guests. Earlier arrivals are fine if you wish to drop-off your baggage and stay on the outdoor decks or at lakeside terrace (weather permitting) or take a tour of the area.

• All rooms require a minimum two (2) nights stay or three (3) nights stay on long weekends.
• For rental of the entire property, we also require a minimum of two nights stay and three on long weekends. Nightly rental does not apply during July and August
